Login problems

Here we have listed some things that may give problems with login.
Email and password must be written exactly as you wrote them originally, including caps and lower case.
Your browser must accept cookies; in Internet Explorer this means that the security level should be set to medium. In version 6.0, UK-version you choose Tools/Internet options/Security; here you can choose Internet and Custom level; here you can choose Medium in Reset custom settings. You can find similar options in other browsers.
Also, please note that if there is no activity on your PC in ca. 20 min., the system forgets your password and you should log on again.
If these tips do not help, please send a mail. We would like to know if there is problems, or if something is not easy to use. Mail is most often answered before 24 h.
